Current Events Are Coming...

Our Current Events calendar went home with homework packets on Monday.  Thanks Mrs. Breur for bring to my attention that we actually have fall recess October 18-19 and so we won't be presenting any current events on those days! Students scheduled for 10/18, and 10/19 have been moved to a new date.  I am resending the calendar to you today with exact dates for presentations.    No one is presenting this week so that we can learn exactly what must be done, and how to present for next week.  Current event papers and rubrics are inside homework folders.  You can look under "Sites to See" on our blog for links to "kid friendly" news sites.  I am including a video for you to help review what the students have watched helping better explain what is expected for this upcoming presentation.  Thanks Mrs. White for being our "Star" Current Events" presenter!
