We may not be having sunny skies outside, but we are definitely having some sunny days inside our classroom. Temperatures actually reached 22 degrees yesterday and students were thrilled to be able to get some fresh air ( well, actually it's not so fresh!) and space to stretch and run. Please check that your student has a warm coat, gloves, and even a hat for recess. Students with asthma or breathing disorders will be staying in for recess, until we have a little storm that will blow away our icky air. In the meantime we are busy becoming smarter!
Our classroom Spelling Bee will take place this Friday morning, with 3 winners moving on to our school Spelling Bee. Word lists were sent home the beginning of December for study- if you have lost yours or need a new one, your student can pick up a list from our classroom. GOOD LUCK!
